LiveWedge and tablet often lose their connection

LiveWedge and tablet start communication after tapping the LiveWedge SSID in the “Select LiveWedge window”.

There may be cases when LiveWedge fails to establish a connection or loses connection and the “Select LiveWedge” window is shown again.
Please follow the guide below when a similar problem happen.

Make sure you have the latest firmware.

If you do not have the latest firmware, please try updating and then check if the problem is resolved.
